Old Economy Steve

I'm a big fan of memes. A couple of months back I did a meme about Georgia Representative Ernest Smith after proposing that photo editing should be a crime under some circumstances. This weekend, I found a new meme (new to me) called Old Economy Steve. Maybe I was tired from hiking, and perhaps a bit tipsy from having a beer while dehydrated, but I laughed pretty much uncontrollably. I'll confess to not being a meme wizard, but I do enjoy trying.
